ORIGINAL BREWHOUSE

Behind the glass from our taproom you can see our original, 10-barrel, two-vessel brewhouse from Portland Kettleworks.

This system, with its five fermenters, is still fully operational, and provides the variety beyond our core products.

Brewhouse

After two-and-a-half years in business we expanded our capacity by installing a production facility in the building to the taproom’s east – behind the beautiful mural that faces Nichols Avenue.

PRODUCTION BREWHOUSE

Our production facility features a 30-barrel, three-vessel brewhouse built by Premier Stainless. This system, with its seven 60-barrel fermenters and six-head CODI canning line, is responsible for production and packaging of our core products that you see on shelves all over the Gulf Coast.
